CAS26 Challenge
This is the other card I made for this week's SCS CAS challenge - to stitch (real or faux) on your card. I also made this for an alphabet swap I'm in with my awesome Yahoo group - the letter this month is C - C for cross stitching. I used to embroider samplers when I was a kid and I loved doing the cross stitching. So this was a fun card for me to make. I used the SU! mat pack to pierce the holes for the cross stitches and then scored on both sides to make a border. I thought the stamps from the PaperTrey's Quilters Sampler were perfect to go with the stitching.
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - PaperTrey; Ink - Memento Tea Leaves, PaperTrey Enchanted Evening; Paper - PaperTrey Stampers Select; Misc - Scor-Pal, MM paper piercer, SU! mat pack, embroidery thread, needle
