Thinking of You (CAS42)
The SCS CAS42 challenge is using the sponging technique. I like using this technique along with the reverse masking technique. I used the negative oval from my Oval Nestabilities which is in the middle of an A2 size card front to cover the card. I sponged blue, green and some brown in the oval. I removed the mask and stamped the cattails and dragonfly from PaperTrey's Pond Life. I used a white gel pen to create some highlights. Then I go and mess it up by stamping the sentiment crookedly!! So that is why there are flowers at the bottom of the oval. The second try was much better! This is a very quick and easy card to make.
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - PaperTrey Pond Life; Ink - Adirondak, SU! Chocolate Chip; Paper - PaerTrey Stampers Select; Misc - Sponge, Oval Nestability and mask, Petaloo flowers, White gel pen
