Celebrate with Mambo Suede

This week's color challenge on SCS is to use Melon Mambo and Soft Suede.  I only have these colors in markers so that is what I used - I colored the image with my Soft Suede marker and then stamped it directly to the paper.  I then used an aquabrush to water color the image with the markers.  I used a white gel pen for highlights and then used half back pearls for the flower centers.  I used a MS Butterfly punch and embellished them with brown pearls.  The sentiment is from PaperTrey.

    Oh my, Harriet...this is STUNNING!!!! You have used the colors to perfection with this beautiful design...love the flowers and how you added the butterflies!!!! I better get myself together and make a card for the challenge...thanks for the wonderful inspiration!!!

    I love it! I have this stamp and never thought to use it twice on the same card!!! It was one of the first stamps I ever bought. I just used it a few weeks back!
