Wishing You All the Best Sallie

This was created for the SCS QFTD18 challenge (case a card from HobbyDuJour - Sallie's gallery) and for the OLW12 - Watercolor on Susan's blog Simplicity.  I cased Sallie's Vellum Roses card.  I used the SU! Manhattan Roses embossing folder to emboss the card front and then colored the roses in with water color pencils and an aquabrush.  The sentiment is from PaperTrey.
