This card was created a few weeks ago for an SCS color challenge. I had gotten a few CHF images from Ellen Hudson's store - CHF closed their business and Ellen was selling the images at a 40% discount. So this is one of the new images. I colored the image with water color pencils and an aquabrush. The flowers are really a blue violet (supposed to be the SU! color Crushed Concord) but the photo makes it look really blue!
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - CHF, PaperTrey (sentiment); Ink - Memento Rich Cocoa, Grape Jelly; Paper - PaperTrey, Bazzill; Misc - Water Color Pencils, Aquabrush
Gorgeous!! I have never used watercolor pencils before! I've seen tutorials and they seem awesome! I just end up using my marvy pens and an aquapainter.

ReplyDeleteWhat a happy card. Excellent work, my friend
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat design to be able to color. Shading is great, especially on the vase. I should try to use my watercolor pencils.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, great coloring.
