Faux Stitching - A WoodwareUSA Challenge

This week's challenge at the Woodware USA blog is faux stitching.  I forget about this technique so I was glad we have it as a challenge.  I used an angel from the stamp set Angels and paper pieced her clothes.  I used the colors from Stacy's Curtain Call 51 :

and the sketch is from  Our Creative Corner.
I used my SU! Mat Pack, a paper piercer and a fine tip black marker to create the faux cross stitching. I stamped the sentiment on a cloud from the MFT Die-namics cloud die.
Just a reminder - Woodware is giving 2 free ink pads with every order until October 20, so don't delay - the 20th will be here before you know it!!
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - WoodwareUSA Angels; Ink - Versafine Onyx Black; Paper - PaperTrey, Making Memories; Misc - Ribbon, Mat Pack, Paper piercer, fine marker, Fiskars border punch, Die-namics Cloud die
