MFP Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge - Stripes

This week's challenge #24 at Mark's Finest Papers (MFP) Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge is to use stripes on your card.  When you create your card including stripes you need to directly link your card to Mark's Finest Papers blog for a chance to win a free not yet released stamp set!  You don't even have to use MFP stamps though if you have them we'd love to see them!
This Making Memories holiday paper made this challenge easy!  The poinsettia is from a new set, Seasonal Poinsettias, which will be released on October 12 at Mark's Finest Papers.  I stamped the poinsettia twice - once on the main circle panel and then again on another piece of vanilla card stock.  I colored them both in with Prismacolor pencils.  Then I cut out the smaller top layer and adhered it on top of the first flower with foam squares.  I added gold half pearls for the middle.
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - Marks Finest Papers; Ink - Versafine Onyx Black; Paper - PaperTrey Vanilla Cream, Making Memories; Misc - Prismacolor pencils, EKSuccess border punch, Foam Squares, Nestabilities
