Speedy the Cat Friends Challenge #55 - Monochromatic Blues

Welcome to another new Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge.  This week Joanne has challenged us to make a monochromatic card using blue.  The sentiment on the card is from Mark's Finest Papers Sew What set.  I threaded the chipboard buttons and attached them with glue dots.

    What a terrific way to use our blues this week, Harriet! And it looks like an easy card to mail: just one stamp's worth! I find myself using too many pearls and whatnots that my cards cost too much to send.
