Speedy the Cat Friends Challenge #59 - Fathers Day Card

Welcome to Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge.  This weel we were challenged to create a Fathers Day card.  I used the boat image from Mark's Finest Papers Sand, Surf, Relax along with a shell image.  The sentiment is a Basic Grey rub-on from my stash.  I embossed the green panel with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.
Now it is your turn to play for a chance to win a new stamp set that has yet to be released.  Just create a new Fathers Day card and link it directly to InLinkz on Mark's Finest Papers blog
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - Mark's Finest Papers; Paper - Mark's Finest Papers; Ink - Memento; Misc - Copic markers, Nestabilities, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Basic Grey Rub-on

  3. Harriet,
This is perfectly relaxing scene with the "beach flowers" in the foreground. Great job coloring the boat and leaving the inside floor undone for contrast. Thanks for the idea. I learn so much from all of you.

  6. Harriet, that embossing folder looks like reeds in the marshes...just perfect with the line of shells and boat drifting among those reeds. Terrific!
