I created this card for the SCS color challenge: Wisteria Wonder, Rose Red and Pink Pirouette. No stamping on this card!! I used a black card base because I thought that would make these colors pop. I cut the heart strips with a PaperTrey border die. The "hugs" was cut with my Silhouette Cameo - it is a cut file created by Ali Edwards that I got from the Cut Above online class. I love how the Cameo cut out the word! The heart at the end of the word is part of a 3D sticker that I got ages ago from the Target $1 Spot. I added clear rhinestones randomly on three of the hearts.
