DTGD13 Sending Birthday Wishes



I created this for one of the SCS Dare To Get Dirty (DTGD) challenges.  I also created this for the Play Date Cafe Challenge:


The paper I used for the kite is as neon as I have - it is brighter in real life than in this photo!

I am also submitting this to Seize The Birthday - Anything Goes.
