Flutter By Wednesday #158 - Polka Dots!

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday!  This week the challenge is to use polka dots along with a butterfly, fairy or an angel.  I used polka dotted paper from PaperTrey - I love these spring colors.  The sentiment is from WoodwareUSA.
