Flutter By Wednesday #119 Open Challenge

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday!  Today's challenge is an open one - just be sure to use a Butterfly, Fairy or and Angel on your creation.  It is a little bit quiet before the storm at the Flutter By blog - get ready for some big doing's though during the month of September.  It is Danni's birthday next month and she likes to celebrate in a big way and include all of us in the celebration!  There will be challenges, prizes, secrets that even the DT doesn't even know about!  We were told however, that only those stampers that have participated in the FBW challenges prior to September will have a chance to win prizes.  So if you are interested in playing you have this week to participate in the challenge!
All you need to do is create a project using a butterfly, fairy or an angel and link it up directly to the Flutter By Wednesday blog.  While you are at the blog, check out what the other Flutterby's created!

I have been playing around with positives and negatives and came up with this design for today's card.  I stamped white cardstock with PaperTrey's Polka Dots Basics using Memento Bermuda Bay ink.  I cut out the butterfly with PTI's butterfly die from the blue cardstock and then another one from white cardstock.  I stamped the white butterfly with an image from the PTI Butterfly Dreams set with Bermuda Bay ink.  Then I used the Swiss Dots embossing folder to emboss the blue card stock.  All pieces were mounted with foam squares for added dimension.  I used some small half back pearls to create the antennae - I like the whimsical look of the bent one!
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies - Stamps - PaperTrey; Ink - Memneto; Paper - PaperTrey, Prism, Bazzill; Misc - PaperTrey Butterfly Die, Cuttlebug folder, foam squares, half back pearls
