Repeat Impressions What if Wednesday (WIW) Sketch S2210

This is my second post for today.  Please scroll down or click HERE to see my Flutter By Wednesday post.

Wendy from Repeat Impressions has another fun sketch to try.  If you play along and create a card using this sketch you can have a chance to win a $25 Repeat Impressions gift certificate!  You don't need to have RI stamps to play, but if you have them we'd love to see them!  Just link your card directly to InLinkz on the RI blog, The House That Stamps Built. You have until October 5 to post your card.  While you are at the RI blog, check out the other Rock Stars' take on the sketch!
Now on to my card.  I rotated the sketch to accommodate my Swan Love (4321-J) image and instead of ovals, I used clouds for my sentiments.   The sentiment is really one stamp but I masked off a part of the sentiment so I could stamp only one part on one cloud and then the rest of the sentiment on the other cloud.  The sentiment is called Happy Moments (8616-E) and is part of the Quartet Complements.

Thanks for coming by!

Supplies: Stamps - Repeat Impressions; Ink - Memento, Adirondack; Paper - PaperTrey, Paper Adventures; Misc - MFT Cloud Die-namics, Nestabilities, CB Embossing Folder, Ribbon

  1. That is such a great stamp, Harriet, and I love the color combination. So clever to use clouds for the ovals!

  6. This is one of my favorite images and I love what you have done -- the swirls and the beautiful shade of blue and red together!
