Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday! Before I get to the challenge I wanted to welcome our new DT member Jen. This week's challenge is to use Halloween colors: Orange, Purple and Black on your card or project and of course to include a butterfly, fairy or angel. When you complete your new creation please link it directly to InLinkz on the Flutter By Wednesday blog. While you are there check out what the other DT members created - the links to their blogs are on the right side bar!
I used this week's SCS sketch challenge (SC304) to create my card. I used my Petal Prints set and colored it with markers before stamping. I cut and matted the flowers with my Nestabilities. The butterfly is from Hero Arts and I colored it with my Copic markers, cut it out and popped it up on a foam square. I scored the orange panel for some extra texture and added some dew drops.
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - SU Petal Prints, Hero Arts (Butterfly); Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black; Paper - PaperTrey, DCWV; Misc - SU Markers, Copic Markers, Dew Drops, Scor-pal, Nestabilities
