Happy Birthday

I am still playing with my Chevron dies.  This is a case of a card I saw on Pinterest and I used the colors for the SCS color challenge.  The white card stock base is from Mark's Finest Papers and the rest of the paper is from PaperTrey.  The chevron dies are Die-namics from MFT and the sentiment is from PaperTrey.  I added rhinestones in the challenge colors to finish the card.
