Mr & Mr Wedding Card

A friend of mine asked me to make a wedding card for a gay couple.  She couldn't find anything appropriate for this occasion in the stores.  This is the card I came up with after looking at many wedding cards on SCS and in a small hand-crafted goods store in Minneapolis when I was staying with my friend Lynette.  I really liked the Mr & Mrs heart cards that I saw so I went with that and made this Mr & Mr card.  The frame is the Cuttlebug Brocade Cut and Emboss frame and it is popped up with foam tape on the card front.  I used my heart Nestabilities to create the tuxes and embellished them with ribbon and black pearls.  They are popped up with foam squares.  This is actually an easy and quick card to make (once I figured out what I wanted to do!).
Thanks for coming by!

  1. Harriet, What a fabulous card. I love that Cuttlebug folder and those hearts are spectacular. The grooms will love it I'm sure. Black and white is always such a class act.

I made a card for a lesbian wedding. Had two owls on a branch both with veils on!
