Summer Camp Week 3 Day 2
Today was technique day in the class. This is a case of Jennifer McGuire's card showcasing embossing die cuts. I happened to have the die cut Butterfly Tendrils from Simon Says Stamp that Jennifer used in her video. I die cut this out of white card stock and rubbed Versamark over it and embossed it with gold embossing powder. I did this 3 times to make the die cut look metallic. I die cut it again out of white card stock and cut off the butterflies. I used purple inks from Memento to color them and then I used Versamark on them and embossed them with some Pixie Dust embossing powder which looks different colors as you move it around. I gold embossed the PaperTrey sentiment and used a LifeStyle embossing folder on the right panel.
I am submitting this to CASology: Cue Word is Gold
Thanks for coming by!
