Another card for the bonus day homework in the OCC - Watercoloring for Cardmakers. This was done with a technique that Jean demonstrated. I need more practice with this one. I used the colors from this week's Color Throw Down:
I used a balloon die from Clearly Besotted, watercolor pencils and Distress Inks for the balloons. The strings are from the companion Clearly Besotted stamp set. The Hero Arts sentiment is embossed with Hero Arts detailed white embossing powder.
