I learned a new to me technique, Bokeh, from a video that Dawn from WPlus9 created. It really is so easy to do.
Here is the video. I used blue and green watercolors and created my own stencil with Spellbinders nested circles. To make the Bokeh effect I used Colorbox Snow White pigment ink and a dauber to fill in the various size circles. The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti and I embellished with MME enamel dots.
