Bokeh Thanks

I learned a new to me technique, Bokeh, from a video that Dawn from WPlus9 created.  It really is so easy to do.  Here is the video.  I used blue and green watercolors and created my own stencil with Spellbinders nested circles.  To make the Bokeh effect I used Colorbox Snow White pigment ink and a dauber to fill in the various size circles.  The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti and I embellished with MME enamel dots.
