Thanks A Bunch
When I first saw Darlene's video here I knew I had to try this easy watercoloring method. The way I learn is to pretty much copy the example in a lesson and I happened to have the same stamps that Darlene used. Here is her card:
Isn't it beautiful?!? I wanted to make a one layer card and I loosely used the FTL 304 layout from the Clean and Simple Stamping blog. I stamped my sentiment too high so I watercolored some more flowers and then used my Hero Arts/Sizzix butterfly Framelit die to embellish that one spot. The flowers are from a Penny Black set and I used Distress markers and a paint brush with clean water to paint them. The sentiment is from Winnie & Walter.
Thanks for coming by!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous watercoloring Harriet. I just finished watching Darlene's video not long before seeing your card :) I want to give this a try as well ... and have the same stamp. Hope mine works out as well as yours ... I do struggle with watercoloring sometimes. Loll xx
