Coloring Hair and Skin with Copics

Today's OCC - Copics for Cardmakers class was all about coloring skin, hair and clothes.  This is my first two images colored on my practice sheet.  I did the one on the right first and didn't like the colors I used for the hair so I changed out the colors to something else and colored the image on the left.  I don't have good skin or hair colors - I used colors similar to the instructors' colors but I might buy what they have if I decide to do a lot more coloring with Copics.  You can't see in the photo but I used Wink of Stella clear brush marker on her eye shadow and lashes and on her ballerina outfit.
Thanks for coming by!

  1. Lookin' good, Harriet! Your hair highlights stand out nicely. I was lacking in E colors before I signed up for this class. Had to make a quick order so that I didn't wind up with people with strange-looking skin!

  2. You did a really nice job on this image. I had such a hard time with it. I like the white spots you left on the dress in the second image. I love how the hair came out in the first.
