CAS Watercolor Challenge Reminder - Snowflake
Hi everyone! I am back with another card and a reminder that you can still join us at the CAS Watercolor Challenge blog!
Here is my sample:
I watercolored with an old Cuttlebug embossing folder! To do this, open the folder and apply ink (I used distress inks) all over the side that is concave (the snowflakes were concave so the ink didn't touch the snowflakes). Spritz with water and place your watercolor card stock on the inked side and press with your hand/fingers to get an impression. Lift the card stock up and off slowly and turn it over and let dry.
I used a stitched border from Lil Inkers for the snowy hill and the snowman and sentiment are from PaperTrey Winter Hills set.
I hope to see you in the gallery and thanks for coming by!
