Woodware USA Challenge #2 - One Layer Card

It's Monday and that means there is a new challenge at the WoodwareUSA blog.  This week our challenge is to make a one layer card.  The Woodware DT hopes that you will join in and play with us - there is a chance for a monthly prize if you do!
Here are the rules:
1. Create a one layer card for an entry in our monthly drawing. If you use a Woodware USA stamp in your creation, you will receive an additional entry but you don't have to use a WoodwareUSA stamp.
2. Link up the post with the card to our In-linkz system. SCS gallery users put WoodwareUSA as one of your keywords in addition to linking up your card.
3. You have until 8:00pm EST Sunday before the next challenge to enter.

I have two cards to hopefully inspire you to make a one layer card.  Both cards use images from the Christmas Labels set.

The image used here makes this look like more than one layer but it isn't!  This is great for mass producing and mailing!  I colored the holly and berries with Spica Glitter pens and then added red rhinestones to the berries.
My second card just uses one of the sentiments from Christmas Labels - embossed with gold embossing powder.  I  used the Cuttlebug Spiral Frame embossing folder to frame the sentiment.
This is another card that is easy to mass produce and is flat for mailing!  I also think this sentiment would be good for the inside of a holiday card.
You can go to the WoodwareUSA blog to see what the other DT members created for more inspiration.  I hope you decide to play with us!
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - WoodwareUSA Christmas Labels; Paper - PaperTrey; Ink - Card#1: Versamark, Card#2: Versafine Onyx Black; Misc - Spica Glitter pens, Rhinestones, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, Gold Embossing Powder

  6. Love them both! I actually don't have the folder you used on the second one. It is a neat "frame".
