Yay I got a chance to play with some challenges out there in blogland! I am really excited about the new challenge that started today - FUSION CARD CHALLENGE:
Not only do I love the concept but I love this first challenge - the sketch and the inspiration photo! So I chose to combine them both or FUSE them!
I am also playing in the CAS-ual Fridays challenge, CFC97 - Chevrons and Flowers.
I cut the chevrons with my MFT Die-namic die and the flowers with a Memory Box die. The flower centers are just from a hole punch. The flowers are popped up with foam squares. All papers from PaperTrey and the sentiment is from Avocado Arts.
Thanks for coming by!
This is so pretty!!! Fabulous job!
ReplyDeleteI love your choice of colors...the chevron and blooms are perfect! Thanks for joining us in the Fusion Card Challenge!
ReplyDeleteYou've captured a perfect combination of both Fusion challenges, Harriet! The green you pulled looks great in your flowers' center (I've never considered using that color for a flower center ... good to keep in mind!) Thanks so much for joining in the very first Fusion Card Challenge, as well as the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge : )
ReplyDeleteHarriet your chevrons are bold and so yummy. Thank you so much for joining us in the first Fusion Hypothesis!
ReplyDeleteSo BRIGHT and fun, you really have captured the 2 challenges in this wonderfully CAS card. Thanks for playing along with us in our very first Fusion challenge Harriet!
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun easy layout. I need to dig out my zig zag dies again.
ReplyDeleteLove, love your card! Perfect for both challenges. Thanks for playing along with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
