Summer Camp Week 1 Day 4
Well I am finally catching up on my homework - and enjoying it immensely. This is a case of Marion Vagg's card and was supposed to be done within 10 minutes. I didn't time myself but I know it took me more than 10 minutes to complete this card. The card base is Hawaiian Shores card stock. The white panel is 3 3/4 in. x 5 1/2 in. I die cut the Marianne Designs Fancy Flourish out of the white panel, colored the positive parts with Memento Pear Tart ink and then glued it back into place on the white panel. I used the Memory Box Perching Reed Bird die cut and adhered it with a foam square and added a pearl for the eye. The sentiment is from Avocado Arts.

ReplyDeleteAt first I wondered why you cut out the flourish of white & coloring it the way you did instead of just cutting it out of a colored card stock. But I can see where some of the white shows through. You are so clever! It's a really cute card!
