OCC: Background Check Day 1 Card 3
A third card for today's class assignments. This was the easiest so far for me. This is the first time I used a plastic stencil to dry emboss card stock. I love how this came out.
I blended Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral and Spiced Marmalade distress inks after masking off the sides of the paper (this is a one layer card). I placed the Flutterby ARTplorations stencil on top of the inked card stock and pounced a baby wipe over it. Once that was dry I placed the stencil back over the inked card stock and ran it through my Big Shot to dry emboss the butterflies.
Thanks for coming by!

ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting way to get the beautiful result!
ReplyDeleteTurned out great!
ReplyDeleteAmazing Harriet!
ReplyDeleteGreat combo of both the bkground and choice of image. I'm not a fan of butterflies in art, but this is really striking...
