The patterned paper is from Prima. The sentiment
(Little One 8601-E)is from Repeat Impressions Quartet Complements. I cut it out with the smallest Spellbinders Label 8 Nestability and attached it with a foam square. I added a ribbon and 3 buttons from my stash.
