Flutter By Wednesday #118

Welcome back to Flutter By Wednesday!  Today's challenge is really fun - it is a recipe challenge:  1 sparkle, 2 patterned papers, 3 buttons or gems!  And of course you have to have a butterfly, fairy or angel too!  After you check out my card go to the Flutter By Wednesday blog and check out what the other Flutterbies created!  And when you finish yours, please post a direct link to your creation on the FBW blog in InLinkz so we can all see it!!
Here's my card:
I used Art Institute Crystal Glitter for the wings, 2 patterned papers from the Girls paperie and 3 pink rhinestones from Kaisercraft.  I used the sketch from Paper Players#11 (APP11).  I paper pieced Eloise's clothes and flower and used markers to color in the rest.
Thanks for coming by!
Supplies: Stamps - Stampinbella Eloise Greengrass; Ink - Versafine Onyx Black; Paper - PaperTrey, Girls Paperie; Misc - Nestabilities, Art Institute Glitter, Kaisercraft rhinestones, MS border punch, markers

SCS Color Challenge Cards

The colors for the SCS color challenge this week were Real Red, Kraft and Bermuda bay.  I substituted PTI Hawaiian Shores for the Bermuda Bay.  This first image is from Shirley's 2 Girls.
This is the second card I created.  The image is from StampingBella and I used the Card Patterns #65 sketch.
Here is the last one - I actually had done the image on this card before the others but wasn't sure what to do with it - so I came back to it the next day and came up with this.  This image and sentiment are from PaperTrey's Through the Trees set.

I Heart Flutter By Wednesday!

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday (FBW)!  This week's challenge is to use hearts with your butterfly, fairy or angel.  And we are being sponsored by Susana's Custom Art and Card Design!  For a chance to win some blog candy you must link your creation using hearts and a butterfly, fairy or angel directly to Mr Linky on the Flutter By Wednesday blog before Monday, Feb. 22 at midnight!  The winner will be announced on the FBW blog next Wednesday, Feb 24. Can't wait to see what you create!

Here is my card for today's challenge.  I used the SCS SC268 challenge for this card and left off a layer.  I couldn't wait to ink up my Flutterby Huggabugg from Stampingbella - isn't she cute?!?  I colored her with Koh-i-noor colored pencils and Baby Oil and then colored her wings with a silver Spica glitter pen and Stardust Stickles.  The bottom layer was embossed with the Hearts Cuttlebug embossing folder.
Thanks for coming by!

FBW - Warm Holiday Wishes

Here we are again - Wednesday - Flutter By Wednesday! This week we have a winter theme and of course include a butterfly, fairy or angel. If you decide to play along, post a direct link to your card to Mr Linky on Danni's blog so we can see what you created! While you're there be sure to take a look at what the other Flutterbies have created!

I am still making holiday cards so I took advantage of FBW to create another one. This is Eloise Greengrass and I usually dress her up for spring. Here she is all decked out for the holidays. I think she looks great in red and green, don't you? I paper pieced her skirt and flower with Basic Grey Phoebe paper. I colored her shirt, hair ribbon and shoes with SU! markers and covered her wings with Star Dust Stickles. Added a few rhinestones and she is ready for the holidays!

Thanks for coming by!
