HYCCT - Wish Big and Send Flowers!

This was created for the HYCCT challenge to send flowers to a cancer patient.  I used the SCS sketch for this week.  There were so many layers to the sketch for this CAS stamper that I decided to make them all white which would make the focal panel pop.  I did an emboss resist with the flowers and sponged the panel with Distress Inks.  The white panels were all embossed with butterfly embossing folders.

Cherish

I used the colors from this week's SCS color challenge and the sketch from today's SCS sketch challenge.  I am submitting this to Simon Says Stamp challenge blog - theme is April Showers and/or Spring Flowers.
I stamped the Technique Tuesday Rose with Memento Tuxedo Black onto coral card stock from my stash and then highlighted the flower with Copic Markers.  I matted the image with white card stock.  I embossed the background with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.  Patterned paper is from PaperTrey.
Sentiment is also from Technique Tuesday.

Tuscan Villa Scene

When I saw the sketch on SCS this week I immediately thought of this image from Stampendous.  I stamped it with Memento ink and colored it with Copic markers.  I used a long rectangle nestability to cut it out.  I used two Sizzix embossing folders for the two back panels and matted them with blue card stock.

More Chevrons!

I hope you aren't tired of seeing Chevrons!  This was created for the SCS sketch challenge.  The patterned papers are from My Minds Eye (MME) Indie Chic collection.  The flower image is from Magenta, called Tall Flowers.  I colored the image with distress markers and then stamped onto white card stock.  I finished it off with blue rhinestones in the flower centers.  I also used the colors from this week's SCS color challenge.  The Chevron strip was created with my MFT Die-namics die.

Imagine

This is the card I created for the SCS sketch challenge - SC384 - using the colors from this week's Color Throw Down - CTD191:
I sponged on a little of each of these colors then stamped the silhouette image with Versafine Onyx Black.  The corners were cut with a Cuttlebug Decorative Corner die and then the image panel was matted on black card stock.  The white panels were embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder.  I added turquoise rhinestones to the corners for a little bit of bling.

SNSDC44 - Color Challenge

It's Friday (yay!) which means a new challenge at Sweet 'N Sassy Digi Challenge blog!  This week's challenge is a color challenge: blue, yellow and brown.  I printed out the Birds and Roses digi, colored it with Copic Markers and cut it out with a Circle Nestability.  I used the SCS sketch challenge from this week for my layout.  The card base is embossed with the Tim Holtz tree trunk embossing folder.  I used the brown wood patterned paper from MME pad for the perpendicular panels.
Now it is your turn to play - just create a new card using the challenge colors and only digital stamps and link it directly to InLinkz on the SNSDC blog for a chance to win some SNSS digital images.  See all of the details on the SNSDC blog!

Love Remains

Yesterday I posted one of the cards I made for the SCS sketch challenge (and for Flutter By Wednesday).  This card is the second one I made for the sketch challenge.  The rose is from Mark's Finest Papers Love Remains set.  I stamped it 3 times with Memento ink and colored each rose with Copic Markers.  Then I cut different layers out of 2 of the images and layered them with foam squares.  The Quatrefoile die cut (background) and the leaves are dies from PaperTrey.

Thank You

I created this for the SCS sketch challenge.  I really love the color combination from SCS this week - light pink, medium pink and a dark grey.  The patterned papers are from MME Lost and Found.  I stamped the dogwood bloom from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. with Smokey Shadow ink onto the pink dp and cut it out.  I embellished it with pearls in the center and popped the flower up with foam squares.  I used an EKSuccess punch for the border.
