Thank You

I created this card for several challenges:  The FTL222 on the Clean and Simple Stamping blog, the SCS IC370 - Butterfly Pillow from MacKenzie Child website, Cas-ual Fridays: CFC84 - thank you card and the PPA150 color challenge.  The Making Memories butterfly image is stamped with Raspberry Fizz ink, the PTI flourish is stamped with Memento Gray Flannel and the PTI sentiment is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black.  I embellished the butterfly with black and silver pearls and cut the border with an EKSuccess border punch.

If Friends Were Flowers....

...I'd pick you!!

Welcome to FBW#202 which is a themed challenge sponsored by The Saturated Canary!.  The theme of this challenge is Friendship.  So join us with a friendship themed project which includes a butterfly or a fairy and link it up to Mr Linky on the Flutter By Wednesday blog for a chance to win some digi stamps from the Saturated Canary!
I used the digi Springtime and colored her in with colored pencils.  I added two punched butterflies to the scene.  Inside is stamped the sentiment "If friends were flowers, I'd choose you!"  I used the sketch from the PPA141 challenge:
The colors are from the CQC150:
The patterned papers are from MME Miss Caroline collection.

Triple Challenge - Whee!!!

This card is for three challenges:  SCS WT264 (Sweet Child), Taylor's sketch challenge TESC106 and Pals Paper Arts color challenge PPA36.  This is a lot of layers for me but I like it!  I used Making Memories patterned papers to create the scene and to paper piece the dress.  I stamped the image onto the scene, then stamped it again on white PTI card stock, the lavender plaid paper and the green patterned paper.  I colored the image on the white card stock with Copics and paper pieced the dress and the leaves of the tree.  I then glued the colored and pieced image onto the scene.
