FBW224 - Sketch By Kathy

Happy Wednesday!  This week for our FBW challenge we have a sketch by our own Flutterby Kathy.  Please go to the FBW blog to see the sketch and to be inspired by my team mates' take on this lovely sketch!
I stamped my Crafter's Companion image - Geranium Fairy - with Memento ink and colored her iwth Spectrum Noir and Copic Markers.  She is cut out and layered with Spellbinders Oval Nestabilities.  I also used an EKSuccess border punch for the horizontal scallop border.

Flutter By Wednesday #167 - Die Cuts or Punches

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday!  This week the challenge is to use Die cuts or punches.  The sentiment panel on my card was cut with an oval Nestability.  I used this week's sketch from SCS and the colors from this week's SCS color challenge.  The image is from Crafter's Companion and is colored with Copic markers.  The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers as is the sentiment.

 Here is a different take on the challenge - I used a Cuttlebug Butterfly die to cut out the butterfly shape.  I used the negative as a mask and sponged in the colors. Before taking off the mask I stamped the Sweet 'N Sassy Flowers in Bloom image.

Flutter By Wednesday #152 - A Recipe Challenge

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday!  This week we have a recipe challenge:  use 3 flowers, 2 dp's (patterned papers) and 1 button and of course include a butterfly, fairy or an angel!  I combined this challenge with the SCS sketch challenge (SC330) and the SCS color challenge (CC320).  This is a new to me stamp from Crafter's Companion.  It is called Heliotrope and is a set that is part of the Flower Fairies Friends collection.  I watercolored it with markers and an aquabrush.  The papers are from Memory Box Minuet,
