Blue Sky Cajun Flowers

This is the card I created for the SCS CC441 which was to use Soft Sky, Cajun Craze and Night of Navy using the Mojo Monday 308 sketch:

I used Bashful Blue since I didn't have Soft Sky.   I also rotated the sketch 90 degrees.  I first brayered the blues onto some white card stock and then cut out the oval with a Nestability.  The silhouette flowers are cut with a Taylored Expressions die and the butterflies are from a MS punch.

Flutter By Wednesday #160 - Open Challenge

Welcome to Flutter By Wednesday - this week we have an open challenge and are being sponsored by Through the Craftroom Door.  So anything goes this week as long as you have a butterfly, fairy or an angel on your project.  Link your project directly to InLinkz on the Flutter By Wednesday blog and while you are there check out what the other Flutter By's created!
I was inspired by this week's Mojo Monday 197 sketch and the SCS color challenge colors.  I stamped the butterfly image (the large butterfly and both smaller butterflies in a circle is the complete image) on white card stock, colored it in with markers and an aquabrush and cut it out.  I matted it on Raspberry Fizz card stock and then onto the card base which was cut out with Nestabilities and then embossed with the Cuttlebug Distressed Lines embossing folder.  I added rhinestones to the small butterflies.

Supplies: Stamps - Impression Obsession; Paper - PaperTrey; Ink - Versafine Onyx Black; Misc - SU! Markers, Rhinestones, Aquabrush, Nestabilities, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder

This is the second post for today.  For the WoodwareUSA blog hop and challenge please scroll down or click here.

I should have entitled this post - Ballerina Pigs with Mojo!  The Ballerina Pig (909-G) image is the Stamp of the Week from Repeat Impressions.  It is being offered at 50% to the RI blog readers.  To find out how to get the 50% off click on this link to go to the RI blog, The House That Stamps Built to get the info!  While you are there - check out what the other Rock Stars created with this image!

I stamped the Ballerina Pig twice and colored them in with Copic markers.  I added some lace trim for their tutus and for the curvy line of the Mojo176 sketch.  The sentiment is also from RI.

Speedy the Cat Friends Challenge #31 - Bows

Wow it's Saturday already!  I hope you all have enjoyed your Thanksgiving if you are from the US!  It is time for a new challenge at Speedy the Cat's Friends.  This week we are challenged to include a bow on our card or project.  Don't forget to directly link your card to InLinkz on Mark's Finest Papers blog for a chance to win a not yet released stamp set.  If you use MFP stamps on your creation you will be entered twice for a chance to win!  There is a stamp set prize for every 50 entries!
I used this image and sentiment from Mark's Finest Papers Family Tree set.  I used the Mojo166 sketch.  Since I needed to put a ribbon across part of the image I used a sheer organdy one so you could still see cute Speedy on the fence!!
