HYCCT - Beautiful You
This card was created for the HYCCT challenge to use the colors of October - pink, yellow and green and to use something shimmery. This is also a case of a card by Tesa, the SCS Featured Stamper this week. It took me forever to make those banners - they were done by hand and being spatially challenged this was quite a feat for me - and I am very proud of them! The patterned papers are from MME and the sentiment is from Verve.

This was created for another SCS Dare to Get Dirty Challenge (DTGD). I used scraps that I had from one of my MME patterned paper pads. This is also a case of Wanda Guess' (the featured stamper) card.
The sentiment is from a Studio G $1 stamp set. The butterfly is a PaperTrey die cut.

Birthday Wishes
I created this card for several challenges: Dynamic Duo 45 - Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose:
the SCS Featured Stamper - Jennifer Timko and the SCS CAS213 challenge to use line art images - no solid stamps. I cased Jennifer's Birthday Balloons card. I reduced the amount of layers but kept the essence of her layout. The poppies image is from Hero Arts and the sentiment is from PaperTrey Faux Ribbons set. I used patterned papers from MME.

Happy Mother's Day
I created this card for three challenges: the SCS FS317 challenge - to case Suen (Sue); the FTL230 sketch and the Dynamic Duos #42 color challenge. I was inspired by two of Sue's cards in particular:
CAS89 Snowflakes of Another Color and CAS157 Leaves and Butterflies. I used a Bosskutz flower die, a PTI daisy die for the flower centers and a WPlus9 leaves die. The sentiment is a rub-on from my stash.

FBW216 PUNCH IT!
Wow it's Wednesday already - which means a new challenge at Flutter By Wednesday! This week we are getting punchy - stressed out over the holidays coming up??? Then PUNCH IT!! Relieve that stress! (Actually I used a die cut machine and dies). Make sure to include a butterfly or a fairy on your project, then link it directly to InLinkz on the Flutter By Wednesday blog. While you are there please check out what the other Flutterby's created!
This card is a case of SCS circleguru's (Allison Cope) BeeHappy card. I kept a similar layout and colors and changed the papers and main image. The patterned papers are from MME. I used the PaperTrey Butterfly Dreams die, the Die-namics Mini Doily die and the Die-namics Scalloped Border die.

So Grateful
I created this for several challenges - the SCS Featured Stamper #292 - Angela R; the OLW104 - one layer card with Gratitude theme; Less is More - One Layer Card with Foliage theme. All images are from paperTrey but from three different sets. I stamped the images and sentiment with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored the images with water color pencils and an aquabrush. I outlines a bit of the image with a warm gray Copic marker and added a base with a colored pencil.

Poinsettia for Carolina
This is for the SCS Featured Stamper (FS). It is a case of two of Carolina Little's cards. The background is embossed iwth the Cuttlebug Allegro folder. I used the Fanciful Flourish die with gold paper and created the poinsettia with the Spellbinders set of dies. A gold pearl embellishes the center of the flower.

Cute as a Button
I made this for the SCS FS - StampinAK. I used my PaperTrey gingham image and square die cut to create the different "patches" and then added a button in the same color as the ink. The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers.

More Fun Casing Heather T.
I am still having fun casing Heather T's cards from her SCS gallery! Here are two more that I did this week using the SCS color challenge:
The first one is using masking and sponging techniques and the second uses an inchie stamp on inchie squares (by Inchie Arts).

Fun With Masking and Sponging
The Featured Stamper on SCS this week is Heather Telford. I follow Heather's blog Bits and Pieces and just love her one layer cards that are just masterpieces. The following cards are ones that I created for the FS challenge.
The first two cards are cases of Heather's cards. The last card is a case of my own card but using colors that Heather used on one of her cards - Eggplant Envy, Sage Shadow and Almost Amethyst. I love this combination of colors but would never have thought to put them together!

Poppies for Shellie
This is for the SCS Featured Stamper challenge - this week the FS is Shellied. I cased Shellie's California Poppy Sympathy card. I kept it to one layer and stamped the Cornish Heritage Farms image with Versafine Onyx Black onto a Fabriano Mediovalis watercolor card. The poppies are colored with water color pencils and an aquabrush. The "poppies" sentiment is from There She Goes.

C Is For Cat
This is for a few challenges - trying to catch up here and they all seemed to fit nicely together. The OLW81 challenge was a cream colored card with only black ink and a bit of bling. The TLC367 One Color/No Color was to use one color of ink on our card and not to color in the image (and use line art stamps). CAS160 is to use a monogram. And our FS265 is Little Sea Otter (Kecia) and she had some swap cards for an alphabet inchie swap so I cased her O is For Otter Inchie.
The frame and the letter 'C' are from PaperTrey. The sentiment and image are from Penny Black. I added a little silver pearl for the exclamation point dot for the little bit of bling.

Another FS Card
This is another card that I created for the FS challenge at SCS this weekend. It is also for the Crazy for Challenges C4C124 - use stripes and dots. I cased Becky's MFTWSC31 card. I stamped the MFT Pure Innocence image with Memento ink on vanilla card stock and then again onto MME Dilly Dally paper to paper piece her dress and butterfly. The image is colored with Copic markers and I added rhinestones to the bow in her hair and the heart on her dress. She is attached to the Memory Box circle die cut with foam squares. I rounded the corners with my Corner Chomper.

Featured Stamper Inspiration
I created this card for the SCS Featured Stamper - Holstein. Linda has a gorgeous gallery full of white on white cards, wedding cards, dry embossed cards, etc. This card was inspired by two of Linda's cards: Inspirational Card and Wedding Card. I used my Spellbinders Rose Edgeability on the left side of a 4.25" x 11" piece of card stock and embossed the right side of the card stock with a Cuttlebug Roses Embossing Folder. I then scored the folds and embellished the card with pearls.
You could turn the card 90 degrees and have it open from top to bottom as shown in this picture.
I will submit this card to the online class gallery for the inspiration lesson and to the Moxie Fab World Cool Tools Week: Embossing & Debossing Challenge.
